E START App

There are two ways to uninstall.

• Method 1. From the Control Panel
• Method 2. From the Start menu

In either method, a Windows restart is required at the end, so please close other programs before starting the uninstallation.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the results if uninstalled by means other than those described below.
Details for each method are described below.

You can uninstall E START App from the Windows [Control Panel]. The procedure using [Control Panel] is described below, but steps may vary depending on your Windows version.

[Steps for Windows 10 / Windows 11]

1. Since uninstalling E START App requires a Windows restart, close any open files or running programs.
2. Click the [Start] button (the button with the Windows logo) at the bottom left of the screen.
3. Click [Control Panel] from the menu that appears.
4. Select [Category] in the [View by] option at the top right of the [Control Panel] window. This simplifies the Control Panel view for the following steps.
5. Click [Uninstall a program] under the [Programs] heading to open the [Uninstall or change a program] window.
6. Find the item corresponding to E START App from the list displayed.
7. Right-click [E START App] and click the [Uninstall] menu that appears.
8. A [User Account Control] dialog will appear asking to confirm if you want to continue. Click the [Yes] or [Continue] button.
9. A dialog confirming the uninstallation of E START App will appear. Click the [Yes] button.
10. A dialog will appear indicating that the uninstallation of E START App is complete and that a Windows restart is required. Click the [OK] button.
11. Close the [Uninstall or change a program] window.
12. Restart Windows.

You can uninstall E START App from the Windows [Start] menu or [Start screen].

[Execution Steps]

1. Since uninstalling E START App requires a Windows restart, close any open files or running programs.
2. Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
3. If you do not have a Windows key, press the Esc key while holding down the Ctrl key.
4. The screen displayed at this time differs depending on the version of Windows.
5. If the [Start] menu appears at the bottom left of the screen, follow the steps in "Step 2-1".
6. If the [Start] screen appears across the entire screen, follow the steps in "Step 2-2".

1. Click [All Programs] (or [All apps]) in the [Start] menu.
2. Find and click [E START App] from the menu displayed.
3. Click [Uninstall E START App] which appears as an item inside the [E START App] folder.
4. Proceed to [Step 3].

1. With the [Start] screen displayed, press the Q key while holding down the Windows key.
2. The [Apps] screen will appear. Find the item [E START App] from the list.
3. Click [Uninstall E START App] which appears as an item inside [E START App].
4. Proceed to [Step 3].

After following the displayed instructions to uninstall E START App, restart Windows.
